Why some documents are not here yet

A document appears here only after the operator has reviewed it against what Hushbridge actually does. That means the real data it processes, the real services it uses, and the contracts that are in place. A placeholder is not a policy, so we list the status instead of publishing draft text.

Hushbridge is the new name for Tightlip. Until reviewed Hushbridge documents replace them, the Tightlip privacy notice and terms of service apply. Both are issued by Harbor Software LLC, the company that operates Hushbridge.

What the current documents say

Read the documents themselves for the full terms. A few points that people often ask about:

  • Both documents were last updated on 30 September 2026. They name Harbor Software LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.
  • The privacy notice names Harbor Software LLC as the controller of the personal data it describes.
  • Harbor Software LLC is not a HIPAA business associate and signs no business associate agreements. Do not send protected health information through the web workspace.
  • Credit purchases are paid by card through Stripe Checkout. Harbor Software LLC is the merchant.

Where your data goes

The security and data flow page explains what runs on your device and what reaches an AI provider, for each part of the product. It describes how the software works. It is not a policy or a contract.
