Draft support replies with AI. Keep customer details on your device.

Hushbridge swaps the customer details in a ticket for placeholders before the AI drafts the reply.

The task

Support agents paste tickets into AI to draft a reply fast. A ticket carries the customer's name, email, phone number and shipping address, and the order number sits right beside them.

Hushbridge swaps the personal details for placeholders on your device. The AI drafts a reply to [PERSON_1] about a parcel going to [ADDRESS_1]. The real details return on your device before you paste the reply back into your help desk.

Order numbers stay visible

Order and ticket IDs are left as written on purpose. The AI often needs them to write a useful reply, and outside your own system they rarely identify anyone. If your order numbers work as a login or a public tracking link, remove them before you send.

Long threads keep their shape

A ticket thread often names the same customer many times, plus a colleague or a courier. Each person keeps one placeholder for the whole thread, so the customer is always [PERSON_1] and the courier is [PERSON_2]. The AI can still tell them apart, and the reply reads naturally once the real names come back.

Before and after

Fictional example

What you paste

Reply to this ticket. From: Theodora Pimm, theo.pimm@example.com, phone (555) 555-0187. Order #A-55821 arrived damaged. Ship the replacement to 742 Evergreen Terrace, Springfield, OR 97477.

What the AI gets

Reply to this ticket. From: [PERSON_1], [EMAIL_1], phone [PHONE_1]. Order #A-55821 arrived damaged. Ship the replacement to [ADDRESS_1].

4 details swapped: 1 name, 1 email, 1 phone number, 1 address. When the reply comes back, the real values are restored on your device. Run with the general profile. The order number is left in place. All names, numbers and addresses are made up.

What you review before sending

Contact details are swapped. Read each ticket for these before you send it.

Limits

  • Detection uses rules, checksums and name lists. It can miss a name that has no title, role or label next to it. A complaint with unusual detail can still identify a customer.
  • The extension does not scan attachments. Screenshots and files go to the chat site as they are.
  • A chat site's page can read text while you type. Paste the protected ticket, not the original.
  • Addresses are found in US style only. Non-Latin scripts and many accented spellings are not covered.
  • Review before sending stays necessary on every reply.
