Two ways to reach us

Write to us about buying credits for a group, planning a pilot, a question from a policy or security review, or a problem with the extension. There is no phone line and no office to visit. These two routes are the ones that work today.

The contact form

Hushbridge was called Tightlip, and support still runs from tightlipai.com during the move. The contact form sits on the Tightlip pricing page, under “Talk to us about an annual plan”. It asks for your name, work email, company, how many people would use it, and a message.

What to include in your message

These details help us answer your question.

Who you are: Your name, your work email and your organization.
How many people: Roughly how many people would use Hushbridge.
Where you would use it: The browser extension, the web workspace, or the SDK and local proxy in your own app.
What you want to do: The task you want AI help with, such as client emails or support replies.
For a problem: Your browser, the extension version (for example 0.1.1), the AI site you were on, and the steps that led to the problem.

Leave client details out

Please do not put client or patient details in your message. Contact form messages reach us through Slack, a workplace chat service. Treat a message like any other email.
