Brief the AI on a client deal without naming the client.

Hushbridge swaps client, company and contact names for placeholders on your device. Deal terms stay visible, so you decide what to share.

The task

Consultants use AI to turn rough notes into a steering committee update or the outline of a draft deck. The notes name the client, the target company and the people on the call. They often carry the deal terms as well.

Hushbridge swaps the names it finds for placeholders such as [ORG_1] before you send. Companies are caught when their name ends in LLC, Inc., Corp. or a similar word. For code names and brand names, add them to your always-protect list once and they are swapped every time.

Deal terms are yours to judge

Prices, percentages and dates are left as written. The AI needs them to do useful work, and on their own they rarely name a client. Combined with the sector and the timing, they sometimes do. That is why the example below leaves $42M and the 15% earn-out in place, and why your read-through matters.

Before and after

Fictional example

What you paste

Summarise these notes for the steering committee. Client: Corvane Logistics LLC. Their CFO, Anneliese Marchetti, wants the purchase of Pellworth Freight Inc. priced at $42M with a 15% earn-out. Draft deck v3 is due Thursday. Reach her at anneliese@example.com or (312) 555-0177.

What the AI gets

Summarise these notes for the steering committee. Client: [ORG_1]. Their CFO, [PERSON_1], wants the purchase of [ORG_2] priced at $42M with a 15% earn-out. Draft deck v3 is due Thursday. Reach her at [EMAIL_1] or [PHONE_1].

5 details swapped: 2 companies, 1 name, 1 email, 1 phone number. When the reply comes back, the real values are restored on your device. Run with the general profile and no always-protect list. All names, numbers and addresses are made up.

What you review before sending

Names are swapped. The commercial picture is not. Read for these before you send.

Limits

  • Detection uses rules, checksums and name lists. It can miss a name that has no title, role or label next to it. The shape of a deal can identify a client even with every name swapped.
  • The extension does not scan attachments. Decks and spreadsheets you upload to a chat site go as they are.
  • A chat site's page can read text while you type. Prepare client notes in the free check and paste only the protected version.
  • Addresses are found in US style only. Names in non-Latin scripts are not covered.
  • Review before sending stays necessary on every brief.

Paste a page of your own meeting notes into the free check. It runs in your browser and sends no text to an AI model.
